The following terms apply to our wholesale customers.
By using this site you expressly agree to be bound by this
Agreement and to follow all terms and applicable laws and
regulations governing the use and operation of this site.
We reserve the right to refuse sales or service at any time.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, your sole recourse is not to use this Site.
Minimum purchase requirementsThere are no minimum orders for any of our product lines.State Tax ID CertificateYou must fax a copy of your state's Tax ID/Resale certificate prior to being accepted as a reseller of StrengthTech' products.Payment options
Drop shippingWe ship directly to your customer and use your name as the shipper at no extra charge. This means that the outside of each shipped package will display a UPS tracking label that will identify you as the Shipper with your business name, your address and telephone number. Domestic Drop Shipment will be made within the Continental United States and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. International Drop Shipments will be made subject to the following policy: You assume full responsibility and financial liability for orders shipped outside the United States. You are responsible for complying with United States and foreign customs regulations and supplying StrengthTech with all relevant paperwork that must accompany the foreign shipment. You are financially and legally responsible for goods seized and destroyed or returned by U.S. or foreign authorities.We apply standard shipping rates in effect on the shipping day. The following shipping requirements will apply - All shipments require a valid street address. UPS will not accept delivery to P.O. Boxes. You will be responsible for any excess shipping charges that may occur. We cannot COD drop ship and remain anonymous to your customer. Orders returned to StrengthTech by the carrier (i.e., Federal Express, UPS or Post Office) because of "failed delivery" or "non-delivery" will be handled as follows:
Supply and BackordersDrop Ship orders are generally processed and shipped within three (3) business days of receipt of the order. Since many of our products are imported, we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. There may be occasions where circumstances will cause delays of shipment. StrengthTech will provide you email confirmation for each tracking number shipped. This email will be sent at the time the order is shipped. In the event we back-order an item(s), we will advise you by email at time of shipment.ReturnsReturns are not accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date. A copy of our sales invoice must accompany each return. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge unless the error was ours or the items were defective when shipped. Returned items must be in the same resalable condition as they were shipped.
